Kyra minturn

 KyraMinturn, born 19th August 1965, is an American actress. Her most well-known role is her role as Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson in the TNT crime drama The Closer. Sedgwick received two Emmy Awards in 2010 and 2007 for her performance as Johnson. The seventh season of the show concluded on August 13, 2012. Sedgwick is also remembered for her role in the show in the role of Madeline Wuntch, on the sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Sedgwick was nominated for a Golden Globe award in 1995 for her performance on Something to Talk About. Sedgwick's other film appearances include Oliver Stone's Born on the Fourth of July (1989) and Cameron Crowe's Singles (1992), Heart and Souls (1993), Phenomenon (1996) The Cooking (2000), Secondhand Lions (2003), The Game Plan (2007), and The Possession (2012). Sedgwick was a New York City native, the daughter Patricia Rosenwald (nee Rosenwald) was an educator and therapist for families and Henry Dwight Sedgwick VI, the venture capitalist. Her mother was Jewish was of English and Episcopalian descent. Sedgwick says she is Jewish and says she goes to Passover seders.
